There is a beautiful indoor tea/dining room and also outdoor seating on the terrace, some of which is under cover.The tea room menu is available to non-residents and residents throughout the week on most days. The tea room offers morning coffee, pots of tea, light lunches, refreshments and those infamous Cream Teas. The cottage and grounds enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and occupies a unique position tucked away beside the River Derwent and the Cromford Canal, which is designated a site of special interest for wildlife. There are an abundance of many interesting walks nearby and it is a few minutes’ walk from the Heritage Way. |
